TRADITIONAL BOXING TRAINING HAS CHANGED AND YOU DON'T WANT TO BE LEFT BEHIND.
Learn How World-Class Boxers Use The Latest Science To Prepare For Their Bouts!
Have you ever wondered what your favorite pro boxers are doing inside of their gyms?
When it comes to truly elite boxers, they’re working with the most educated strength coaches in the game and you can bet it’s some high level stuff that you normally don’t have access to...until now...

Meet Phil Daru

Phil is a 3x trainer of the year award winner and a world renowned strength and conditioning coach who trains the most elite fighters and athletes in the world. This Includes multiple world champion boxers in many leagues such as the WBA, WBO, IBF, and the WBC.
Phil has also worked with many world champion UFC fighters including Frankie Edgar, Edson Barboza, Joanna Jedrzejczyk, Junior Dos Santos, Dustin Poirier and over 200 other pro fighters world wide...

Now, most of the boxers and combat sports athletes Phil Daru trains had one thing in common before they met him; they were over-training or didn't understand the science behind high level ATHLETIC training, ultimately causing them to improperly train on a daily basis...
This lead to a SERIOUS problem in not only the performance of these athletes, seen in their speed, power, agility and endurance but they also began to have health problems due to their inability to recover and eventually dealing chronic injuries that weren't able to heal.

Overtraining or improper training basically creates a malfunction of the nervous system where you can't recover, explode or perform at your body's full ability.

As you can imagine, your reaction speed and timing has to be on point, there isn't any room for hesitation...When you have punches flying at you, you need to have your nervous system firing optimally, especially if you want to be able to counter your opponents punches with powerful shots.
That's where Heavy Hitter COmes in...

Meet Maureen
Let's take a look at Maureen Shea. She’s a former WBA, WBO, IBF champion with over 25 pro fights and has been top 10 in the world for a decade...

She won the 122 and 126 lb belt before ever utilizing the latest science. She basically persevered on natural talent and extraordinary work ethic alone. But as she progressed through her career, she noticed that her body was breaking down more which lead to injuries keeping her out of the ring. Maureen isn't the type of person to sit around while things happen, so she took proactive measures to assure her own success. For her, this meant teaming up with one of the world's top trainers. --> She'll tell you that ......
You see, most people think that in order to progress their bodies, they need to lift heavy weights and sprint up hills as hard as they can...

The truth is, YOU DON’T...IT’S ACTUALLY COUNTERPRODUCTIVE!

What you NEED is a plan devised specifically for boxers by somebody that trains championship boxers!

Furthermore, when you work with Phil, you can REST ASSURED your exercise plan is utilizing the most cutting-edge, up-to-date science that exists.

We’re talking about methods that most professional fight coaches don’t even know to utilize because they're THAT new (and Phil is that smart)!

In the section below, we’re going to break down what you can look forward to in Phil Daru’s “8-Week Boxing Conditioning Program”
1. PROFESSIONALLY DESIGNED PROGRAM USED BY TOP BOXERS
There's a misperception out there that certain ‘exercises’ build power. This is NOT the case. Certain exercises build power when and only when they are programmed properly. What this means (in simple terms) is that over the course of months, your exercises and intensity levels change according to what's been scientifically proven to be the MOST beneficial for a boxer.

here's what you'll get

What this means (in simple terms) is that over the course of months, your exercises and intensity levels change according to what's been scientifically proven to be the MOST beneficial for a boxer.
2. SPORT-SPECIFIC EXERCISES
In this program you’ll find exercises that closely emulate the movements found in the sport of boxing. Unfortunately, many coaches who aren’t familiar with the fight science will have you do exercises like “dumbbell punches” thinking this is a “fight specific exercise”. In truth, this exercise will damage the structural integrity of the shoulder girdle and should not ever be used. We’ll utilize the fight specific exercises you see on my YouTube Channel, and many many more!
3. COMPOUND EXERCISES
If you ask most athletes how to improve strength in their lower body, you’d probably hear “squats, lunges, deadlifts” as answers. That isn’t wrong, however, certain variations of these exercises come in handy for combat sports. If you follow me on Instagram and YouTube you probably know about zercher squats and their benefits for fighters. Phil has many examples like this to teach you…
4. COVERS ALL YOUR CONDITIONING NEEDS
If you’re familiar with how your body works then you know you have three energy systems that work completely differently. The ‘aerobic’ energy system provides you the ability to go long distances while your anaerobic systems help you sprint or punch hard. Both of these energy systems are VITAL for fight sports and you NEED to condition them individually and PROPERLY!
5. CORE STABILITY AND CORRECTIVE EXERCISES
Each and every human has strengths and weaknesses. Our natural tendencies are to lean towards our strength and away from our weaknesses. Our bodies do this without us even knowing, and often times this is how the worst and most debilitating injuries are formed; through compensation. Phil has a process for assessing an athlete that is second to NONE and will have your body firing on all cylinders.

So now that you know WHAT you'll be doing, let's break it down week-by-week...

Please note: What you're about to read is a simplified version of what has taken Phil 10+ years to learn. If you don't understand it fully, THAT'S OKAY! (That's what you have Phil for...)

ALL OF THESE methodologies are explained 100% in the course and Phil will hold you by the hand as he shows you how to apply them.

With that being said, let's look at Phil's formula to transform your punching power and cardiovascular systems.
8-6 weeks out
before a fight
Strength with High Volume Weights
If you’re serious about increasing your punching power then it’s important you know the power equation.
POWER = FORCE x VELOCITY.
During this portion of the camp, we’re building the FORCE part of the equation by increasing overall muscle mass. Next, you’ll read about how we improve the VELOCITY part of the equation...

Strength-Speed
This portion of the program is designed to build a very specific type of strength that transfers with speed (like a punch). We do this by lifting lighter weights at a high velocity. You’ll be doing exercises that increase “strength-speed” in the areas the count THE MOST in boxing like the hamstrings, glutes, hips, and the back muscles, among others.
Aerobic Power

Anything that lasts for longer than three minutes is considered “aerobic”. Being that a Boxing round lasts 3 minutes, and there are 8-15 rounds, it certainly qualifies. However, there are intermittent bursts of energy required to produce punches. Working “Aerobic Power” means that you’ll increase your ability to perform these burst of energy while having your heart rate remain steady. (If any of this is getting confusing, remember, that’s what you have me for)
‘A-lactic’ Conditioning:
Lastly, this is your ability to perform intense bouts of exercise while experiencing minimal fatigue. Sometimes over the course of your fights, there will be times where a punches are exchanged and things get intense. During these moments you want your heart rate to fluctuate as little as possible, this way you feel fresh and ready to WIN!
5-1 WEEKS OUT
before a fight
Speed Strength
“Speed Strength” is slightly different than “Strength-Speed” which was mentioned before. During this phase, we utilize sources of accommodated resistance (like bands and chains) to force you to apply MORE FORCE throughout the whole movement with the most speed possible.
Post-Activation Potentiation (PAP)
This is a very unique and underutilized form of training to increase a fighters punching power specifically 1-5 weeks out of the fight. I’ll show you exactly what this is and how to perform it properly to increase your power without draining yourself before the fight.
